Team Leader & Executive Director

She has been in the human development field more than 25 years. Earned LLB from University Dhaka and started practice in District and the High Court. Then devoted herself into the human development sector. More than 20 years she served Ain O Salish Kendra at various tiers including Senior Deputy Director, Gender and Social Justice. She has led substantial number of module development, training facilitation and evaluation consultancies in the field of Gender Justice, Women Empowerment, Women Leadership and Equality at various national and international organizations.
